2009 Calendar

Our Annual General Meeting : Where?   Ennotville Library    When?   2pm

The Annual General Meeting for the Mounted Games Across Canada (MGAC) club will be held in the Ennotville Library on Sunday, November 15th, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. All current, past and non-members are welcome to attend. Only current members have voting privileges. Membership forms will be available at the meeting, or download from our website at www.MGAC.ca. This is a forum to consider our club's vision, that is, what do each of us want the club to be. All suggestions will be considered. Elections will be held for all positions, including President, Secretary (includes Communications and OEF representation), Treasurer (includes Membership), Events Coordinator, and Props Manager. Nominations for all positions should be received by the Nomination Committee Chair by October 31st, 2009 to enable confirmation of the proposed candidate's acceptance. Please include your name, your proposed candidate's name, and the position title. This is your opportunity to ensure MGAC continues to offer:
